"There is no effect without a cause, chiropractors adjust causes, others treat effects." -B.J. Palmer.

It's not how you're feeling, it's how you're healing! Get checked and know.

The one single cause of all sickness and disease is lowered resistance.

A spine in alignment tends to stay in alignment until met by an external force.

"Chiropractic seldom fails and never does harm if properly used."
--B.J. Palmer

You may know the price of your adjustment, but may never know the value.

QUESTIONS

Hey Doc?

Q: I don't need a Chiropractor, I feel fine!
A: Great! However, I have yet to meet anyone that doesn't experience, from time to time; headaches, low back pain, neck pain, TMJ, plantar fascitis, shoulder pain, leg pain, sciatica, sore knees, etc. In other words I have yet to meet anyone that's perfect. It still amazes me how many of us are walking around either ignoring or aren't aware of a problem.
I am humbled everytime someone says to me; Since I've been getting adjusted, my ... headaches, ear aches, cramps, ankle pain, etc. ... have disappeared. Did Chiropractic or you do that? The answer to that is no. The body does that. All I do is put it back in position which removes the interference to the central nervous system which controls every cell, tissue and organ of the body.

Q: How often should I get adjusted?
A: Depends. For me, 1 time per week since I discovered its benefits. It may be more or less for you. How often should you eat well? As much as possible, obviously. We do these things more if we desire better health. Less or not at all if we do not care.
You can not be over adjusted. An adjustment is an improvement. You can not be over improved.

Q: I hear that once you've been adjusted, you have to keep getting adjusted?
A: I love this question. My answer is always the same, yes. Just like once you got your hair cut, you have to continue getting it cut. Or once you get your teeth cleaned by the dentist, you have to get them cleaned over and over again.

Corrections to misalignments (subluxations) are just that ... corrections. The soft tissue has "learned" to hold the body out of position due to stress; chemical, physical, emotional and spiritual. It takes time to "teach" the soft tissue (tendons, ligaments and muscles) to remain in their new position.

Q: Why do I have to come back for "Maintenance" visits?
A: As long as we drive a car, play golf, sit at a computer, perform physical work, etc., I have a job to do ... correct vertebral subluxations. If you can maintain a stress free life (remember the four components of stress: chemical, physical, emotional, spiritual) You may not need an adjustment on a regular basis.
Just like you car, motocycle, house, etc., we need maintenance. I find that once a week, but not more than every two weeks is sufficient for most people. We seem to be just as cyclical as everything around us. We "re-set" every weekend for the week ahead. The adjustment "re-sets" us as well. Typically, patients that go four or more weeks without an adjustment can "feel" it. Furthermore, I have to somewhat start over again with the "teaching" of the soft tissue component.

Q: How can I afford treatment on a regular basis?
A: We make care affordable to everyone.

Q: What ages can be adjusted?
A: All ages. My youngest patient was a newborn and my oldest is in her 80s. We enter this world in a very traumatic way. Our head is pulled and our neck twisted at near severing pressures. You are never too young or too old to benefit from Chiropractic.

Q: Are adjustments safe?
A: Absolutely. If Chiropractic were unsafe, why is my malpractice insurance less than your car insurance?
